do. You are correct, there are a few
places to get a trans repaired, but
I want to say that I appreciate
being treated with respect and work
being done in a timely fashion. So,

I just have to take a moment
and say a great big "THANK YOU" to
the entire staff at BG & S
Transmissions. When my pickup
started acting up and we narrowed
the problem down to what we thought
was the gears in the rear axel, I
assumed the worse! I live 75 miles
from Grand Island but I wouldn't
trust anybody else but BG&S
Transmissions to take care of the
problem. In no time at all, BG&S
towed my pick-up to their shop. As
the old joke goes, the mysterious
noise magically disappeared for the
mechanics. Many mechanics could have
easily gone forward and made the
repairs, charging me unnecessarily.
Bill promptly called me and informed
me of the situation. He also took it
upon himself to investigate the
problem further. I was THRILLED when
they called to say they discovered
the problem was caused by ice and
mud packed into a bearing housing.
Many mechanics could have easily
taken advantage of me but Bill and
BG&S Transmissions were honest and
saved me tons of money!
So again I say "THANK YOU" to the
entire staff at BG&S Transmissions!
